The Stonewood Estates development is being built by local builder Bill Herman. He
has taken great pains to try to build modern houses that look as if they might fit
into the period architecture of the rest of Milford. The houses are very modern inside,
with all of the amenities that you would expect of a 2007 home. There are two spec
homes available right now and 5 built sites left in this small in-
