The Riverside Development appears top be stalled right now. There is the model home and one spec-build house. The infrastructure is all in for this development; so, if the developer didn’t go bankrupt it should resume once the market turns around. This looks to be a ice development with homes in the $300-400K range planned. If you want more information on this development, give me a call.
