This complex is the last development north of the Village, just before you enter Highland township. It is outside of the Village, so it is all well and septic, although this development has a community septic., rather than individual fields. The good news is that you are out in the Township, so the taxes are less. There are several builders in this development. Each has bought up lots; so, you basically have to use the builder from whom you buy the lot . There is a good bit of difference in the costs and build quality between builders; so, check out the work of the ones that you might talk to and compare within the complex. The lots at the back (east) side of the complex all back up to the railroad tracks and the ones on the north side have a huge gas pipeline easement running through either their back or front yards.. There is also quite a bit of wetlands in the area encompassed by the complex.
