The homes that are pictured above are all part of Milford’s stock of great old houses. Some are currently listed with realtors and some are for sale by owner. Remember that I can show you any of them, so give me a call and let me set up appointments to go see them. Since these are not (for the most part) my listings, I cannot provide much more information here than the picture. If you think you want to see one or more of these old homes, get the numbers off the pictures and send me an email or call me and we’ll visit them together.  Some may need work, a few may need a lot of work, but that comes with the territory. The average price for a Milford historic has stayed fairly consistent at $124/Sq Ft. Some will be lower - down to $100/Sq Ft, which normally reflects that they need some work - and some may be significantly higher - up to $160/Sq Ft, which normally means that they have been completely redone inside and may even feature things like granite countertops and other high-end materials or workmanship.
